We believe in trying to keep things simple and not having multiple prices for different image sizes or print runs. So there are only two prices and these are defined by the licence type.

Royalty Free (RF) Images are all £175.00 GBP
This covers usage on all editions and marketing materials. (For an additional cost an extended licence can make it possible to sub-licence an image to other publishers.)
Once purchased as Royalty Free (RF) the option to buy the image as Rights Managed (RM) will be removed. Images are licenced and sold on a strictly first come first served basis.

(There is some flexibility on RF pricing for multiple images on a single cover or for backlists of more than two covers. Just send us an e-mail with your requirements and we'll get right back to you).  

Rights Managed (RM) Images are all £300.00 GBP
Rights Managed gives you exclusivity in all territories, two print edition, including digital and marketing materials, for a period of 5 years from the date purchased. (Renewable.) (For an additional cost an extended licence can make it possible to sub-licence an image to other publishers.) Once purchased as Rights Managed (RM) the option to buy the image as Royalty Free (RF) will be removed. Images are licenced and sold on a strictly first come first served basis.

Log in or register in MY ACCOUNT on the home page, or on the quick links at the bottom of the other pages. Once you have found an image you like, directly underneath are four button options:

1. ‘Low-res file’ – This downloads a low-res file for temporary use in your compositions.
2. ‘Add to lightbox’ – Does exactly that. You can name, store and e-mail multiple lightboxes to others. (You must be logged in to save your lightbox searches).
3. ‘Buy’ – Lets you purchase the high-res file safely and securely.
4. ‘Corporate: Download/Add to Cart’ – This is for corporate account holders only who have set up an account to download high-res images and be invoiced separately. If you are a known publishing company, we can create a corporate account for you. Just fill in the form HERE. (this system is for clients requiring a larger volume of images as opposed to a one off purchase).

Purchasing an image is simple. Just click the ‘Buy’ button and this will give you the choice of buying the image Royalty Free (RF) or Rights Managed (RM), unless somebody has already purchased this image before, in which case the licence cannot be changed. If the image is available, select your option and this will give you the price and usage information. Then simply click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button to the right. You may then continue browsing or press ‘View cart’ to go to the checkout. You can pay securely using either your credit card or PayPal. Once payment has been processed, you will automatically receive a link to download the hi-res image(s).

You will also receive a follow up e-mail to ensure everything went smoothly and to request the book title and author details for the licence. Regrettably we can’t do this through the e-commerce system on the website at present.

If you’re an approved corporate account holder, ensure you are logged in and click on the corporate account key button under the required image. You can then instantly download a hi-res file. (The image will not be licenced or invoiced until you confirm usage). At that point you will then supply the details. (A cover jpeg, publishing date, authors name, book title and editions the image(s) will be used on etc).
